Risk disclosure

Trading foreign exchange, gold and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Leverage can work against you as well as for you; you can lose some or all of your deposit, and in some cases more. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

• Forecasts, probabilities and signals on this site are statistical estimates. They are often wrong. Probabilities are labelled "uncalibrated" until they have been validated against enough real outcomes.
• Pre-news signals are speculative. Spreads widen and prices can gap around economic releases; stop-loss orders may be filled at worse prices than requested.
• Past performance shown on the performance pages does not guarantee future results.
• Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
• Technical failures (internet, broker servers, MetaTrader, this site) can delay or prevent orders.

Terms of use

1. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and legally allowed to trade the products you trade in your country.
2. Accounts. Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused or that we reasonably believe are compromised.
3. Trading access. Trading from the site is only enabled after administrator approval and can be withdrawn at any time. Orders are sent to your own broker account; we are not a broker and never hold client funds.
4. Order safeguards. Every order requires a stop-loss and an explicit confirmation; live-account orders require typing "LIVE". These safeguards reduce, but do not remove, the risk of loss.
5. No warranty. The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of availability, accuracy or fitness for any purpose.
6. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
7. Changes. These terms may change; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Privacy policy

• What we store: your username, email, a hashed password (bcrypt — we cannot read it), your timezone, the IP address used at sign-up, sign-in attempts (for brute-force protection), and a log of every order request you make.
• Broker credentials: if you connect a MetaTrader 5 account, we store its login, server and password. The password is encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key that is kept outside the database; it is decrypted only in memory to log your private terminal in, and it is never displayed or sent back to any browser. Use an account password you do not use anywhere else. Disconnecting your account deletes the stored credentials and your private terminal.
• Investor (read-only) passwords let you view your account but not trade; a trading password is needed to place orders.
• Sharing: we do not sell your data. Orders are sent only to your own broker through MetaTrader 5.
• Deletion: you can disconnect your broker account at any time from My account; contact the operator to delete your user account.
